Now company has said in a statement that the update of Android Pie 9.0 in these phones will not be available at this time
The company has told that after the update of Android Pie 9.0, there are many problems coming in the phone, although Xiaomi has not said what problems are coming after the update of Android pie.
Although this has not happened for the first time when Xiaomi has stopped updating after releasing the update. Even before this, the company had issued an update of the MIUI for Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note 5 Pro but after some days citing security reasons, the company had stopped it.
It is worth mentioning that in the beginning of this month, Xiaomi had released Android Pie 9.0 update for its first Android One phone Mi A1, which was launched last year. Along with this, the company had released the update of pie 9.0 for Mi-A2, although it could get only a few users. Android One has been released in Xiaomi Mi A1, Mi A2 and Mi A2 Lite. Android One means pure Android and bug free software.
